We've been increasingly dissatisfied with the care we receive at Mill Brook. We started going to Mill Brook under Dr. Fallon. All of the previous staff appear to have left when Dr. P bought the practice. None of the front desk people appear to know anything about the practice. The one vet I've seen didn't bother to read our dog's file when we came in for a sick visit (only pro to this practice now is being able to get a sick visit quickly, probably because so many clients are leaving). We had an appointment for a vet tech visit for some shots, which included rabies, and they changed the appointment to be our dog's annual visit the day before our appointment via TEXT, and did so on a weekend for a Monday morning appointment so there was no way to call the office to understand what the appointment was for. And because only veterinarians can give rabies shots (or so they say), they charged us an extra $72 for the shot. Communication about visits is terrible, and the prices have gone way up. As others have said, they also push pricey diagnostic tests.
