Heard this place is going out of business and I couldn’t think of a more deserving ”business” to be shut down for good more than this pathetic excuse of a vet office. Since COVID, they have banned pet owners from coming in the office with their pet and will make you wait in your car and not able to see the service they provide! Blaming COVID as the reason why owners can’t come in….yet these “vets” will walk into Starbucks and Chipotle next door with NO MASKS, but god forbid the pet owners walk in to see their FAMILY members receive veterinary care. Thank god you are out of this community FOREVER!!!! I wish I could give this place no stars because they don’t deserve one. Karma got you though, as it always does!

My diabetic cat was overprescribed insulin. According to the vet at the emergency hospital the 10 units of insulin daily, recommended by Vitality, is the same amount of insulin needed for a 30 lb dog. My cat spent two nights in the hospital costing me over $1300. She was not given proper testing prior to each recommendation to increase her dosage so each time they increased insulin it was slowly killing her. After this hospital visit and unfortunately a subsequent visit for the lingering issues, I was forced to put my cat down. 10/10 do NOT RECOMMEND! Review edited to respond to Joey the office manager's response.....you "hope Mimi is doing well"???? Do you actually READ the reviews? If you did, you would have read that she is DEAD due to the negligence of the vet in Attleboro! The fact that the Dr is gone is not going to bring my cat back so not sure what the purpose of your response was.

Absolutely terrible customer service and even worse care of our dog. They sell you diagnostics and don’t call back with results, only to try to sell you on others. “Sandy” who refers to herself as a “doctor, but not licensed to practice in the state” is somehow employed by this clinic, and is absolutely horrid. Refused to connect to the doctor, and spent the entire time arguing instead of taking care of our dog.
