I literally cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I have now had my dog seen by three of the veterinarians at different times, and they have all been excellently professional, competent, kind, and empathetic towards my anxious, reactive rescue dog. He has had dental surgery, checkups and vaccines, microchip implantation, and two different workups for two different possible illnesses at this clinic now. They take your thoughts and concerns seriously, explain everything, try their best to help with whatever limitations exist, and are extremely caring and thorough. Most recently I booked an appointment for a possible issue on their website for whenever the earliest appointment was, and they called me on a SATURDAY, ten minutes after I booked, telling me they had a cancellation a couple of days later and did I want the appointment. I took my dog there for this issue and they ran his bloodwork literally as I took him on a walk outside so they could decide what to do next and help him today, not days or weeks from now. No needing to chase them up for anything ever, everyone is kind and hardworking and genuinely loves your animals. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you so much!!!

The staff is kind and welcoming. They are so gentle when dealing with my baby chi Brooklyn. Both Dr. McCall and Dr. Knight are incredible in bedside manner and communication. They explain everything and they create plans of care that make sense. I don’t get the “used car salesman” feeling/experience that I’ve felt with other practices. I’ve rescued dogs for over 15 years now and this is the second veterinarian practice that I have full trust in.
