I can't speak to actually having an appointment there, but I do think it's important for reptile owners to note that while this facility treats reptiles, unless you are a current patient, they will NOT see a reptile on an urgent need. My bearded dragon has an infection and needs to be seen immediately. They would have fit me in 3 weeks from now. If you want to take your reptile or exotic to this vet, make sure you set up a new patient appointment first. For me, I will be taking my beardie to another vet who also specializes in reptiles and exotics, as well as aquatics, and was able to fit me in within an hour. Reptile owners do not typically take their pets for yearly or new pet visits, so when an emergency arises, it's very important to know where you can take your pet. Thankfully I found such a place and didn't need to rely on a 24 hour emergency vet.

Great service, I brought my 11 year old lab mix here for acupuncture for a couple years before relocating somewhere closer to my home. Each time my pup was treated with love and by people who genuinely care for your pets. Would highly recommend this place.
