I just want to give the staff here a shout out as they walked me through a difficult process with my cat and were kind and caring and made the process less stressful.

The staff is amazing and professionals, have been provided services for 1st dog for more de 10 years and now for us 2nd dog for 4 years. Very high recommended.

I’m leaving this review for the horrible service at this location, starting with I had an appointment to get my dog neutered on January 6th and they switched it to the 7th and didn’t inform me. I arrived there on the 7th at 10am, they weren’t able to get my dog saying that we had an appointment for 9:30am, but I didnt have a time since it was supposed to be a drop off. When I arrived the attendant said that she would reschedule because I was 30 minutes late. I drove 30 minutes to arrive at the location in the dangerously slippery whether, and they simply could not take my dog for their error. This made me have an anxiety attack, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff. Took me in without a appointment. My dog has pancreatitis and was in a lot of pain. She is feeling better now. Update: I'm changing my review because of their incompetence. My dog has had history of pancreatitis and has had many visits and has lots of blood work. Now she is skin and bones and completely lethargic and it seems she is dying. I brought her in for a checkup and they tried to scold me that she is not being fed enough so they do blood work and it comes back that she has diabetes. This did not happen over night. How many times should I have to bring my dog to the doctor before they find this out. I blame them 100 percent. Total incompetence. Now my dog might have irreversible damage because of this.
