They were great until a corporation took over the practice. Then their prices skyrocketed and the pet care drove downhill. Maybe they should rethink their values.

I have not had a good feeling with the new owners. My dog Daisy has an impacted anal gland that they don't know how to treat it. after endless costs,like $$$. & months & months no relief for Daisy.

Dr Harmon is always so thorough and thoughtful. We have a senior dog who is blind. Office staff and techs are equally friendly and professional.

It’s been a year since I’ve been here but I still think about how awful this place was because of the people at the front desk who created a very uncomfortable vibe. It seems they don’t have the personality to deal with the public. Then there was time I showed up with three cats and was told the appointment was cancelled because the vet couldn’t be there that day. They never let me know the appointment was cancelled and wouldn’t acknowledge they made a mistake by passing the buck and refusing to give an explanation. I think everyone can imagine how difficult it is to get three cats into crates and bring them somewhere. One cat was so nervous that he shit all over himself in the crate. Even after that, I thought it would be easier to stay there than go find a new vet though, but it wasn’t long before I left because of the front desk people. I always think you can tell if employees are paid and treated well by their attitude and theirs was bad.
