They took us right in when we arrived and were very thorough with Pekoe’s (shih tzu) exam and my concerns! The doctor’s explanations and instructions were very reassuring.

Regular wellness visit for our older cat. This turned into a possible tumor issue. The doctor and staff have thoroughly explained the testing they wanted to do and cost implications. They have been compassionate to my feelings as well. I am awaiting blood work results at this time.

Everyone is warm and welcoming Dr. Losert is knowledgeable and explains everything in language that is easy to understand. I highly recommend her as well as all vets in the practice. This place is a gem!

My dog has been a patient at multiple vets in pioneer valley, and easthampton animal hospital is by far the best one. Every Dr. and tech I've worked with has been outstanding and friendly, but Dr McCollum, specifically is incredible. Very smart, helpful, upfront, and kind. 10/10 recommend!
