I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I had to reschedule my appointment three times, and each time there was a clear lack of communication. I was never properly called or notified about any issues with my appointments, which led to repeated wasted time and unnecessary trips. What made the situation even worse is that I was told I had been contacted regarding the appointments. However, this is not accurate. I did not receive any phone calls, voicemails, or messages at all. There were multiple instances where I was given information that did not match what actually happened. Instead of taking responsibility for the internal scheduling problems, the clinic repeatedly shifted the responsibility onto the customer side, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I also requested to speak with a manager due to these ongoing issues. I was told I would be able to, but I ended up waiting for a long time and never actually got to speak with one. Overall, the repeated scheduling failures, lack of communication, and multiple instances of inaccurate information made this a very poor experience. I hope the clinic improves its communication and accountability going forward.

Very friendly and efficient, it's a pleasure to utilize. Easy parking and plenty of other stores in this large shopping center.

They are not trustworthy or professional! The staff at the front desk have no idea how to be polite or respectful. The veterinarian that examined my dog was unnecessary rough with my dog. I would not allow them to take your pet in the back room for any reason. I believe they are abusive and cruel to animals. My dog who loves everyone was whimpering and cowering in the presence of this so called veterinarian. I wish I could remember his name. Horrible person and should not be allowed near any animals.
