Judge not lest ye be judged. But expect to be judged by the receptionist if you can’t justify or afford spending $40 for four pounds of cat food. Expect to be lectured about the responsibilities of pet ownership at the front desk during checkout. Perhaps she is right, maybe my cat would have been better off in the streets of Los Angeles where the shelter I got her from found her? The vet tech was very nice and helpful, the vet also. For some reason reception has skipped over the customer service portion of the job description.

The people there are awesome. My issue is the price and the fact that it seems to take a few tries before they get the treatment right, even for the simplest things. Then again it could just be the breed of dog I own. I would still recommend.
