We have had repeated negative experiences in trying to diagnose our black lab who has been urinating blood for months. Not only did we not receive any pain medication/anti-inflammatories to keep her comfortable until a diagnoses, we were prescribed multiple rounds of antibiotics, seemingly as a Band-Aid, while she got worse. This location is SHORT on vets, so they have "visiting vets" who sometimes come once and never again. This led us to being prescribed the wrong treatment with no follow up communication. Our vet actually told us he "has no idea why she was prescribed that one" We were dismissed every time we vocalized our concerns. Our lab has been suffering for over 5 months with no prescribed medication to keep her comfortable, inconclusive test results (that were expensive), and no real plan. We have since transferred care to Holmes family vet and received a diagnoses of bladder cancer WITHIN 24 HOURS. We were also immediately put on pain medications and NSAID (which she should have already been on) Our dogs records were also mostly hand written from FAH and very difficult for our current vet to follow. I would caution anybody going here with an active problem to seek care ELSEWHERE. This facility is dangerous and unbelievably unorganized.

Tried to get our sweet and loved black lab, diagnosed with her symptoms increasing in severity over time, over 6 months and over $2000 later, no diagnosis, no pain relief medications, only repeat antibiotics (and no evidence of infection). Brought her to a new vet and within 24 hours, she was diagnosed with bladder cancer and given less than a year of life expected WITH TREATMENT. Our new vet was shocked with the lack of treatment and pain relief offered. We are more than disappointed with Foxboro Animal Hospital, we are incredibly upset and angry. Don't expect a call back with test results, don't expect any follow up, don't expect adequate care. Expect them to not write notes about treatment, expect to be ignored and have your concerns downplayed, expect the wrong treatment, if you're lucky enough to get any treatment at all. Absolutely pathetic.

Best treatment....very reasonable. Always a great pet provider. They have helped take care of our pets for decades and most recently for a passing. Very greatfull for everything done!!

I am appalled with the phone conversation I just had with this establishment. I recently adopted a very sweet cat from a shelter nearby whose owner had passed away. She had been seen at this vet for FOURTEEN years since 2011. That being said, I called to reestablish her care at this facility and they were incredibly rude. I mentioned that she has been seen there since 2011 and we would like to do a checkup on her since we just brought her home. I was told they are not accepting new patients in the most volatile tone possible. When I again said “but you have been her vet since 2011 all the way up to 2025” I was told very harshly “like I said no new patients” I promptly hung up because I refuse to be spoken to that way. Please reconsider who answers your phones for the foreseeable future, or train them in basic kind communication and tone. I will now have to take my 17 year old girl to a vet she’s never been to because I refuse to bring her to somewhere so unprofessional and rude.
