Whoever I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude!!! I can’t believe she would talk to a potential customer like that. Looks like I’ll have to find a different vet.

Dr. Cotter and Natasha were extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Their help with my dogs surgery was an absolute godsend, and they fit us in around the holidays. We are very grateful and lucky to have met them. Trustworthy animal lovers and excellent integrity. Thank you !

Dr. Cotter and his wife deserve every bit of this 5-star review and more. During a heart-wrenching time when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Bo, our regular veterinarian office who had provided all the treatment and care for his illness up until this point, refused to see him, despite it being a critical emergency. Fortunately, Dr. Cotter stepped in to help. Their support made this incredibly difficult process a bit more bearable. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warmth and empathy, understanding the emotional weight of our situation. Dr. Cotter’s office took the time to ensure we felt comfortable, cared for and patiently guided us throughout the experience. Their gentle demeanor and understanding were invaluable, during such a challenging time. We are immensely grateful for the kindness shown by Dr. Cotter’s office. Mr. Cotter and his wife have been very unprofessional and rude. I called to ask for my cats records to be sent to another vet about surgery she got from him, he laughed at me and asked why he would do that. They go away for months in the winter and are unreachable if your pet needs any prescriptions filled. Be cautious and go to someone who really cares.
