Coming up on the one year anniversary when vet David Thomson admitted to us he caused the death of our cocker spaniel Sam. Do yourself and your beloved pet a favor and go somewhere else. Still living the nightmare. Just updating this review. It’s now been several years since Thomson’s negligence killed our Sam. Not a day goes by when I don’t think about what transpired in my car on the way home from his office. Obviously, Sam paid the ultimate price that horrible day. Again, way too graphic to describe. Consider other options before bringing your pet to this place.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! They are so incredibly sweet and caring. I have had so many bad experiences of calloused vets in the past and this one is so good that I am floored.

I brought my cat to Riverbend to prepare for an international move. I wish I'd known about this place sooner, because I would've loved to have come here the entire time I was living in Western Mass. Dr. Pelletier and her staff are warm, patient, and knowledgeable, especially with cats (and with international health certificates!). They went out of their way to explain details to me and even took extra time to teach me how to trim my cat's claws. Don't hesitate to bring your cat here!
