Saved my dogs life I'm forever grateful for the doc.and his staff they got her right in and did emergency surgery.. words can't express how thankful we are . Gracie is home resting now .. thanks again .. ❤️

I scheduled an appointment on February 10th for my dog Piggy . As a new client in the area, the earliest appointment I was given was March 11th. I had called around before making this call and found most places were booked till around the same time. I accepted the appointment. The appointment was for a lump just showed up. She was last at her old vet in August and got a clean bill of health On February 25th, I received a call to reschedule. While I was initially understanding, I was then told the next available appointment wouldn’t be until mid-late April — over a month past the original date. When I asked why, the secretary explained it was because the doctor overbooked and needs time off since his daughter is having a baby. I find this extremely unprofessional. Pet health concerns, especially something like a lump, should not be pushed back for over a month due to poor scheduling. If I had known this sooner, I would have sought care elsewhere instead of waiting weeks just to be told to wait even longer. This experience shows a serious lack of consideration for patients and their pets.
