I had to schedule an emergency appointment for my lovebird Merlin. They were able to fit him in on the schedule that same day in the afternoon. When we arrived, we were immediately taken to a room that was ready for him. Away from any other animals or people, helping make the experience much less stressful for him. The care he received from Dr. Kalani couldn't have been better. She gave him her full attention, was very careful with him, and was not in a rush to visit another patient. I highly recommend Littleton Animal Hospital, Dr. Kalani and all staff. The immediate availability they had to see Merlin the same day, the excellent care he received, and the follow-up call to check in on him the next day just proved to me they were they right decision when it came to Merlin's emergency. Avian vets are hard to find, and great ones are far and few between. Thank you, Littleton Animal Hospital team, for helping him get better!

Took our two guinea pigs to see the vet on the 28th of this month I told them numerous times that he could not eat and all they cared about was that he had a case of lice supposedly checked their teeth and body and said one guinea pigs teeth were over grown in back only and had nothing else wrong called two days later to get another apt because he still wasn’t eating and said we needed blood work and xrays and didn’t think it was anything to do with his teeth ! Took him to another vet today because the other vet wasn’t in and he had a mamory tumor burst and his front teeth were severely over grown and had to put him down .. all they kept telling me was to give him critical care food and couldn’t fix his teeth until May 12 over a week later to wait and they said he would he fine as long as he kept eating the critical care never take your pet here I paid over 500 dollars to have to put my pet down two days later because they didn’t check him out right and I have receipts to show they said everything was normal except weight loss when the other vet said they are both severely underweight .... horrible horrible
