Dear Dr. Gianoulis: We would like to thank you and the entire staff of VCA Lynnfield for the wonderful treatment you have given our German Shepherd, Baer. We especially thank you for referring him to Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, where he underwent surgery for a blockage in his intestines (which turned out to be a missing sock!). Drs. Sanders and Frem at MVRH performed the successful surgery on February 2, 2026. We thought we might lose our Baer before he had surgery but everything went well, and he is recovering quickly and getting back to his normal self. In addition, we would like to thank Sam at the Reception Desk, who is always so kind to Julie. When Baer has an appointment, Sam always assists her with getting Baer out of the car at appointment time and helps her get him into the car when leaving. Many thanks, Donna Furtado/Julie Furtado
