I had an appointment for one of my dogs scheduled for yesterday. I had an emergency with my elderly mother so I had to reschedule. I called the office and was told that to reschedule there is an $80 fee and if I cancel the appointment I have to pay the $80 fee prior to being allowed to I schedule another appointment. I have been going to this animal hospital for more than 10+ years. I was shocked by the amount of the fee. I asked if there was a letter or email notifying their customers of this new implemented rule and I was told to check the reminder text message that I was sent. I went and looked at the reminder text message and it said that rescheduling that same day there would be a fee but it did not give you the dollar amount. After all these years being a faithful customer I feel so betrayed. I will not return.

I'm very disappointed. We've gone to them for years, my family pets growing up went here. We brought our almost 18 year old cat in to be pts. She was obviously suffering and we didn't want that for her. The vet thought she probably had hyperthyroid and said that if that was it, the treatment would help, I specifically asked if it was worth treating an almost 18 year old cat and she emphatically said yes. The lab results came back hyperthyroid 2 weeks ago. Every time I called about it, the vet was not available to talk. Every time they called me, I was at work and couldn't talk. I finally asked them last Monday to order the meds. I explained that we talked about the condition and treatment during the appointment and that one of the vets left a very detailed message about the results. I just wanted the meds ordered so that my cat could start treatment. My cat died yesterday. I just don't understand why the meds couldn't have been ordered sooner. I'm very frustrated, sad, and disappointed.

The preferred vet for my cats. The front desk is always very courteous, the vet tech and vets are also very patient and knowledgeable. My vet for 5 years.

Unprofessional, terrible service, don’t waste your time. Called to inform them I was running 5 minutes behind schedule they said they wouldn’t be able to see my dog, over 5 minutes. Then proceeded to say I needed to pay an 80 dollar re scheduling fee if I wanted another appointment! All because I was trying to do right and let them know I was literally 5 minutes behind schedule! When half the time people are waiting 10-30 minutes just to be seen by the vet! Highly don’t recommend.
