had a great experience with this veterinary clinic. The staff was extremely attentive, kind, and professional from start to finish. Before coming in, I scheduled the appointment and communicated with them via email, and everything was very simple and quick — both for booking the visit and for arranging the tests. It made a big difference to have a Portuguese-speaking staff member available, which made communication much easier and more comfortable for me. They truly cared about my dog and treated him with great attention and respect. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely continue bringing my pet here in the future.

Metrowest Veterinary is absolutely a fabulous place! Starting with the person who answers the phone, she/he is extremely friendly and pleasant and quickly helps to set up an appointment or get you the information you need. The vets and assistants are all very caring and treat your animals-I have a dog and two cats-as if they were their own. I have used this vet office for well over 20 years and I can happily say my animals and I always feel like we are treated with great kindness and understanding.

My 7 YO ginger cat's paw was swollen and he was limping. The staff was professional, patient and caring given that he was difficult and uncooperative. They gave me detailed description of what the issue was and instructions on how to take care of him once we were home.
