It’s a great option for pet owners, especially if you have more than one. The front desk staff, techs and veterinarians are all caring and friendly. When we had an emergency with one of our Chihuahuas, they were able to fit her in. have convenient hours and are located a short distance off the Mass Pike. Overall, the folks here make you feel valued. Doctors Baty and Singh, assistants Alex, Shannon, Elyse, Michael and everyone else are professional, professional and compassionate.

Amazing at Banfield in milbury. I love them an how they’re so kind and caring towards my dog Artie. He ended up having some cuts in his squishy face a they even kept him a little longer so I can sleep in after working the over night shift. Love them an grateful they are Arties vet.

The staff at Banfield Millbury is always so friendly, caring and kind to all three of our dogs and two cats. The dogs and I stop in frequently to visit Petsmart and when we make our way around the store, the pack is always welcomed by the Banfield team!
