I've been a patron here for several years, and up until last week, have been satisfied. However, when I needed Simparica Trio last week, I called and was told they were out and to call back this week. I called 6 days later and was told I should order from Chewy. Note that it takes 3 to 5 days to get delivery from Chewy. So in addition to being lied to, I'm shocked that the clinic's ordering is so slipshod. Not confidence building!

I've been to a few vets in the area, I love my pets and want them happy & healthy... that being said, I don't mind paying for good/great service, I don't mind even over paying. You will NOT get this here, you will get cold Dr's who aren't good with animals, and a rude staff who are unprofessional acting, as if they are doing you a favor, like you aren't paying top dollar!

After searching for a great vet in the area, I finally found one! There's no pushing of food or insurance that they want to sell you, they genuinely care about the animals. It's just refreshing to have a group that cares about the career rather than being a sales person. My shy and fiesty cat was even calm through the entire exam and I'm so thankful. The bill at the end was also a fraction for what I have paid at other places and for that, I'm also grateful. Thanks ladies!
