I used to take my dog here and absolutely loved it and had no problems. However back in January my plan finished out and I went to try to renew it, I didn’t realized until recently so I called and the lady on the phone was so rude with attitude and had no interest in helping me out. I called back and kept getting a declined call. when someone finally picked up the phone after multiple times calling, I spoke to someone different and was informed I would get called back.. no phone call was back. And now I have to figure out a new plan for my dog. #disappointed.

I have a very difficult dog to deal with but they seem to have no issues with dealing with her I am very thankful for all of the staff at Banfield and the good care that they give both my dog and cat I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to have good care given to their animals I would also highly recommend the wellness program that they offer I've had it for over 15 years for my cat and now the new dog also has it and the old dog also had it just can't say enough good things about Banfield

Great place for regular exams, vaccinations and minor surgery. No overnight stays or after hours emergencies. My dog has been a patient for 9 years.

I filed a complaint against Dr. Romero based on her behavior towards me and my dog and was never notified of the outcome. She should not be practicing or dealing with the public. I never received an apology for the way she treated me and I will not return to Northborough after being a client there for years.
