If I could give zero stars I would. All they care about is money!! Almost killed my 8 week old English lab!! Taking months for him to heal!!! Who gives 7 shots to a 8 week old lab when the owner is questioning their health?? Ohhh Abbott does!! He didn’t even do a thorough exam. When we called to tell him what was going on, his secretary kept saying he was in a meeting. He didn’t get back to us until 3 days later!!! On a Saturday night!!!!! I never would have thought this place would decline the way it did! The father always had pride for the pets!!!! Ever since it’s been the son he doesn’t care!!!!!! Like I said, do your research and look for another vet! Tons of them around that care and really love what they do for a living. No animal should have to suffer the way my puppy did. Terrible few months we have had.

Good Day just want to put this out there. My man and I have two Bernese Mountain dogs. Butch the 100-pound male and Chloe the 90-pound female. In the past year we have had to emergency surgery to remove all her female parts. Well because of that we also had to have Butch fixed. Put a black cloud over our wishes to breed. With all that we have survived the cone of shame and the pain and miserable moods from each dog. Also had to bring them back because one the stitch broke on Chloe and they fixed her all up like new. Well with all that I have to say a big thank you to The Abbott Veterinary Hospital in Rehoboth. They are absolutely awesome, caring, informative and the dogs just love them. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Gomma and his amazing staff. My dog had been sick for a few days when I first brought her in. Dr. Gomma performed a full work-up and sent us home with medication, but unfortunately she didn’t improve and later developed an unusual rash. Being that my dog is like my child, I panicked and called him that evening. Without hesitation, he met me right away. He recommended imaging, which revealed a partial obstruction. Dr. Gomma immediately performed surgery and saved my dog’s life. Thanks to his exceptional knowledge and quick action, we were able to catch the problem before it was too late. I’ve been to other veterinarians before and felt like I got the runaround while spending thousands of dollars. Dr. Gomma was worth every penny. The staff were wonderful, and I truly couldn’t recommend them enough
