Terrible experience yesterday we had a cat that wasn't that old she stopped eating and very thin the doctor comes in miserable olga I dealt with her before in Medford she never changed with all the reviews she should take a time and read it I don't know what country she's from but no empathy for animals terrible here in the US we treat animals like our children apparently she doesn't see it like that I called up because I know this cat had kidney failure I work myself at the healthcare field I went to nursing school this cat had a kidney failure and she didn't give any explanation she just was bickering about charging an extra $104 if I don't want to pay the extra $104 to go to the clinic in Boston which is the same price I don't want to compromise a cat in pain traveling all the way to Boston there were actually $100 cheaper and I told her it's not about the money terrible her staff was better than her attitude sucks it has not changed in years the only good thing is she helps out humane society Melrose learn to have empathy for animals it's a delicate situation and you have to really have a heart I called and made the appointment the day before they calling me a $245 about the same on a cat that was dying which is the law I guess feel terrible they put my cat on the floor and euthanize her I wish Dr Dan was here he was a wonderful vet in Everett he was the best but passed away about 10 years ago

Miss Olga has to have more compassion for the animals seems to be all about the money with this lady I know because she's falling but I've dealt with other veterinarian doctor Dan was the best she should learn a lot of course he died of cancer he was the best he was in Everett find a good vet you have to have compassion the animals are innocent she has no empathy this lady tell me to ride into Boston to the Angell memorial because her people quoted us a certain price to put a cat to sleep if we didn't have the money we could go to Angell memorial real winner this lady this is the second time I dealt with her terrible

This vet, Dr. Olga and all the staff, saved my cat’s life. We went to two other vets in the city, and no one could figure out what was wrong with our 4 month kitten, and we paid thousands and he suffered medications that only made him more lethargic and prolonged a proper diagnosis. Before our first appointment had barely started, Dr. Olga gave us a spot on diagnosis, and so much hope and reassurance. Thanks to her, my kitten’s life was saved, as the disease he had had a 100% fatality rate if not caught in time. My older cat is terrified of the vet, but was still and calm here, truly a special place! All the staff are so gentle and kind with both of my cats, and we are so thankful for them.
