We were visiting from out of town when our 10-yr-old cairn terrier suddenly became lame. Dr Bassler saw us right away and was thorough and very perceptive. Hobbes left the examination room without a limp! We are going to come back here for a lot of his regular veterinary care, despite living 3 hours away. It was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a bet and a veterinary practice.

Dr Bassler is the kind of vet you want to find. My cat was having alarming neurological symptoms late in the afternoon. My regular vet was supposed to be open but after calling all the numbers available still no answer. I started calling area vets all were ready to close or didn't have any appoinments. When i finally called Basslers they immediatly agreed to see her despite it being 6 PM. She was treated and stabilized. Her condition was serious and they contiued to treat her. Dr Bassler is very thorough and very gentle.

We have switched over to Bassler a few years ago and have never regretted it. Everyone was amazing during the end of life stages with our 12yo Mila and now we are there with our new puppy Blue. Everyone is very friendly and caring, they always do there best finding time to get you in for any urgent matters. Dr. Bassler explains things, always there to answer any questions and you never feel like you are being rushed out to get onto the next appointment. Would highly recommend them!
