Disappointed with my experience. It felt like they cared more about the money than the well-being of my pet. My dog was unable to make her appointment, which I communicated to them ahead of time due to transportation issues. They received the down payment, but after that, I felt completely dismissed, even though my dog is suffering from entropion. I requested to reschedule or speak with someone, but nobody has contacted me back. It’s disappointing when a pet’s care feels less important than keeping payment for a missed appointment. Touché. Update: To consider the first reschedule as an actual appointment attempt is cynical. The first appointment was canceled days ahead of the May 7 appointment because I was unable to make the deposit and could not secure transportation. So, it is unreasonable to count that as an actual attempt when payment was never received. Without a received payment, the appointment was not fully confirmed, and the equipment likely would not have been set up. And being dishonest about the situation is completely unethical. Call it what it is: a received payment, not concern for the well-being of a pet.

You know you must really actually not care about dogs at all because you can't actually explain to me what a two-hour visit entails. I was recommended to you by my vet because my dog has a serious condition with his eyes and I paid you money for that appointment and I still could make an hour and a half's worth of that appointments and you denied me my appointment because I was 30 minutes late because I had a dead battery for my car. So you leave a dog going blind with something taking over his eye as it falls out of his head because you don't care about animals. This place doesn't care about animals They care about money they care about stealing money. They stole $327 from me

Our Bengal cat, Chestnut, was found to have melanoma in one eye. I can say this is the most loving staff I have ever seen! I wish I could have video taped the Dr. and 3 aides all singing to my cat to calm her. Was magical to watch. She had to have an eye removed to extend her life, but the surgery was done in the morning and she was home that afternoon. She has recovered quickly, and was really active by the next day. It has been 5 days since surgery and she seems to be totally back to where she was before surgery. I thought she might have trouble judging jumps, but jumped from a table top to a cabinet 6 feet away and landed it like she had never had surgery. I can’t say enough good things about giving my cat more quality time on earth. A fabulous facility, and outstanding loving staff! Thanks so much!

DR. Jury and staff were so good with my blind girl. They gave her the best care and always made she was comfortable. Everyone was very personable and friendly. Wish there was more than 5 stars. Oni is happy comfortable girl now 🩷 we love u guys furever

My dog Charlotte has 4 major eye issues which will inevitably lead to blindness. Because of the care and treatment she receives at Animal Eye Care of New England from Dr Jurk and her staff she continues to see, although minimally. Without their care she would be blind by now. Dr Jurk and her staff (from the front desk to behind the scenes) provide compassionate and top quality care, advice and support for their patient and the patient’s person. Charlotte is the second dog of mine treated by Dr Jurk. I recommend her highly.
