We have been taking our exotic pets to Dr. Berg for the last year and a half. She was highly recommended by the management staff at VCA South Shore in Weymouth. We don't have many options for vets in our area for our not so likely pets... chickens, gecko, and guinea pigs. We drive an hour there and an hour back to have our animals be seen by Dr. Berg and her amazing team. The hospital is clean and front deck is very professional. I'm never waiting long to be seen. Dr. Berg and her staff are always extreamly profesional, helpful, educational, honest, and fair when it comes to big decision procedures if our pets ever need them. I highly recommend Cape Cod Veterinary!

Our super fit, well trained Belgian Mal sadly slightly tore our CCL. Dr Adams explained our options throughly & detailed and made us feel at ease and we scheduled TPLO surgery right away for her. It was easy, smooth and 8 weeks later she has been cleared to back to normal activity, increasing slowly back to her athletics of course…. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable and cares. Our Belgian absolutely loves Dr. Adams, and as you know dogs know who the good people are! Thanks again to the staff at vet specialties 🐕💜

We brought a guinea there $3,000 later he died 3 weeks later they blamed us then we paid hundreds of dollars for him to be cremated with an urn and they put the wrong address on the urn not very happy would never take anything there if you find yourself having to go to their ER do not follow up with them will cost you thousands no matter what you have

The vet and vet techs were absolutely amazing however the redhead behind the desk was very rude and very condescending and fake. All I did was ask how much longer. My dog had been seen and treated. I was waiting almost an hour for paperwork and the bill. I politely asked how much longer and she went off about the quoted time and I politely said I understand my dog has already been seen and treated. My mom needs to go to work and she has my daughters I need a timeframe for how much longer this paperwork is going to take. I wasn't rude I wasn't demanding and she took it as an argument and started arguing w me. During my visit I also witnessed her arguing with someone at cvs pharmacy and she was rude and condescending to them as well and ended up hanging up on the pharmacist. Very rude and unprofessional. It kinda ruined the whole visit

From the starting point to the end, they were all wonderful I on the other hand was a basket case, so worried about my Gronk. They took great care of him, even though he was the loudest patient there. I recommend this place 1000 times over! Mary was a gem, and so nice! I love this place and everyone there!
