I had brought my cat, Ninja, in for a check up and so I could get him established with a vet due to being a new resident to Mass. The whole staff was amazing and super nice. When I explained how Ninja is very shy and nervous around new people, they were great with him to keep him calm as they could. Especially cause he was due for his rabbies shot. You guys are such an amazing team and one of the most positive experiences I had with a vetantarian.

First time there in a while. The staff felt rushed. The vet Karen Hrones had ZERO compassion. Looked at my animal made VERY short conversation and I felt didn’t offer ANY good advice, you could tell she had other things on her mind and my pet was not one of them. On top of all that we weren’t seen until 45 min after the appointment time and sat in a room forever and left about 2 hours later with horrible service. The office staff also was very short and ignored most in the waiting room. Also they seemed uneducated, I asked a question about one of the products I was given and she didn’t seem to know the answer or care to find out. Google of course helped me more than this practice. I will not be returning.

The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The doctor was amazing. They all treated my cat like she was theirs. Great clinic!
