Dr. Gerhard and her team at VCA was incredible! We recently went though a really tough time with our 13 year old cat Lily after she didn't bounce back well after having a routine dental procedure at a different vet. She hadn't eaten for 5+ days, and once we brought her to VCA, they acted quickly and with care, communicating with us throughout her 2-night stay. We've had negative experiences at other vets, and our experience here was such a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend Dr. Gerhard and the rest of the VCA staff!

Top notch. Called at 9. PM with an emergency injury to my puppy. They took my info and after a quick chat said come on in. Got there and since they already had my info triage was quick and I had a couple hours wait ahead of me. To be expected. Got to my turn and the dad took excellent care of my puppy. Explained what he found and treatment options. We got some pain and relax meds to help my puppy out. Exam fee for a follow up with X-ray or other lab would be waived if we were to return. Went home with the tired and sore pup who took his meds without a problem and went to sleep. It’s been a week and puppy is doing great. I will definitely return the next time I have a vet emergency off hours.

I brought my new senior rescue (dog) in for urology diagnostics and a consult. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. It’s a clean and updated environment. My wait time was maybe 15 min after check-in. The veterinarian was great. I never felt rushed, and I feel like I was listened to and that my dog received good care.
