The care was wonderful. I brought my dog in and they saw us right away. Took her back for X-rays made a diagnosis gave us meds to take home. We were in and out of there in about 45 min which is amazing. Everyone was very friendly, and informative! Great experience. Getting me in and out in a reasonable time. The only down side was the price which. $600 for 3 medications and an xray. I’m not sure what the average cost of those things are but I think Vets should implement payment plans instead of everything up front.

They only care about taking your money even if you can't afford it. They took meds my dog needed away due to my inability to pay the full amount. How insensitive. I was never told how much the visit was going to cost. I will go elsewhere if my pets need an ER visit

The care that my pet received was ineffectual and callous. First of all I get being short staffed but having a vet tech be annoyed and hesitant when a paying patient asks to speak to vet is not appropriate. Then why I did speak to a vet and we discussed a care plan my pet was taken out of the room and I could hear he was upset. A vet tech then returned told me she had had to restrain him while he was given fluids that were never discussed or authorized and then given a medication that was also not apart of the plan the doctor and I had discussed. Additionally I was given no information on the medication or litter pellets in general or on how to use them When I brought this up when I was leaving I was told "that my authorization didn't matter and that it was already on the invoice". When I called the next day to discuss what had been done to my pet and to me a supervisor tried to get me to retroactively give consent as well as stating that my cat was "aggressive" which he is not and hasn't been an issue at the vet before so I can only conclude that the factor is this place and was clearly annoyed that I was following up about the charges and treatment. The unethical and unprofessional treatment my cat and I received was unacceptable and I will not be returning.

They were very caring, super nice, and quick to figure out our issue. My normal vet couldn't get us in until later in the week, and I could tell my cat was uncomfortable- they took us in(via walk-on) in just a few minutes and the process was very easy.

The entire staff was very helpful. Our cat was handled with care. Dr Guerrero was very comforting and knowledgeable. She completed tests and was very clear in her evaluation. She listened , answered our questions and helped so much in keeping us calm. We experienced kind and compassionate treatment
