Dr. Silk is an exceptional and exceptionally kind veterinarian. Our former vet referred us to her because we're a "high need" family. We lost two dogs under very tragic circumstances. Our two new dogs seem each have their own set of unique issues. Dr. Silk and her team have been there for us throughout our calamities--and because our family is somewhat scarred from our past tragedies, I'm sure we aren't easy clients. There have been periods when we've called every single week. Dr. Silk and her team are always friendly, unflappable and exceptionally caring. They know our dogs and our family very well, and we trust all of them very much. We feel very grateful they let us stay on their client list and could not recommend them more.

I have so much gratitude for Dr. Silk and her exceptional team. I discovered her late in my beloved dog's life, when he was struggling with multiple medical problems, and she welcomed us into her practice with such warmth and grace. Her knowledge, expertise, and compassion won us over from the start, and my sweet boy knew he was someplace special from the very first visit. He had always been very anxious with other vets, but at Silk Veterinary Hospital, he was like a different dog, happily eating the treats Jen at the front desk doled out to him (she's wonderful!) and exploring the office with his ears perked up in curiosity. Every tech I interacted with there was also great and very helpful, sometimes calling to check up on my boy when I didn't expect them to. Ultimately, Dr. Silk guided us through several important decisions, including the final heartbreaking ones, often taking extra time to chat with me on the phone. And everything she recommended was exactly right. Thank you, Dr. Silk, and the rest of the Silk Vet Family, for all you did for us. You have my heart.

We absolutely love Dr. Silk and the whole team at Silk Vet. They are just as pleasant on the phone as in person. Dr. Silk is down to earth and practical; she is restrained in her treatment recommendations, never recommending something for the sake of billing. She offers choices and personal opinions and we feel very aligned with her. Additionally, the team is very responsive by email and have saved us a trip or two :)
