My dog Stella and I discovered Ark Angel Animal Clinic last year after moving permanently to Wellfleet in Dec. 2018. It was love at first sight. After meeting Dr Daniella 'Duni" Schutzengel, I was immediately impressed with her one woman, small, welcoming and peaceful practice. The feeling of Doctorr-Client-Patient trust was so tangible. So professional, compassionate, knowledgeable -- these are only a few qualities I can attribute to Dr. Duni and her staff. I was so shocked and saddened to hear from her today that she is closing her clinic as of April 30th and retiring. Many of us are sad and we'll miss this wonderful practice. Well—with tears in my eyes and with love, I can honestly say "Good for you Doc! TRUST your decision and ENJOY your next life adventures. See you around town.”

Dr. Schutzengel is amazing! Extremely kind and knowledgeable. You can tell that she cares about helping your pet just as much as you do. She goes above and beyond! Ark Angel Animal Hospital is a superb service. While on summer vacation, our dog had an emergency allergic reaction. He was swiftly seen, cared for, and kept from going into anaphylactic shock. We are extremely lucky and grateful to have this quality practice serving the Outer Cape.

Today all is well because Dr. Daniella stayed! It was just before noon and she stayed to help us. James' pug was severely injured and required immediate attention. Bleeding at the paw he was going to lose a toe. She stayed at the urging of my friend who called ahead for us. James and I thank her from the bottom of our hearts! She was very kind and took the time needed to make the dog comfortable, and cleaned his wound carefully. All bandaged and snoring we left her office in a new state. Trauma over! Many people know that in this area it will be very difficult to get care for your pet if he/she gets injured after 12 noon on a Saturday or Sunday. So please get yourself informed on what to do in case of emergency so that you can make a longer trip up to Dennis if necessary. Today we were lucky that Dr. Daneilla DVM stayed for us!

we had a terrific experience with Ark Angels!! we were from out of town and had to make an unexpected vet visit, and the whole experience was great... friendly, professional, unrushed/thorough, informative, down-to-earth, kind, helpful, etc. they were great and I enthusiastically recommend them!
