The workers and vet techs and veterinarians were SO helpful and SO sweet when ⁰paqqq fee oooo uuit came time to put down my beloved 16 year old blind calico kitty. From beginning to end, picking up her ashes and was greeted with tender and loving care. When we had to put her down, they were

Team is amazing, friendly and very accommodating for my large reactive dog. My dog went through a difficult treatment, and staff always made sure my dog had the most comfortable time possible! I visit the hospital for "happy visits" to build my dogs comfort and everyone at the hospital knows her now! Doctor and technicians are knowledgeable and transparent with treatment plans.

My dog was having a medical issue on the way to her appointment and when my dad asked if they could help they said they weren’t prepared for her condition. I understand that this isn’t an emergency hospital, but you would think they would have the resources to help your pet. When my dad asked if he could take some oxygen they said no because they were more worried about if he would pay it instead of the fact that my dog was dying right in front of them and they suggested to just euthanize her. My dog ended up dying on the way to the MSPCA, which is the place they told my dad to go. My big issue is that not only did they not help my dog but, whoever was working at the desk showed 0 empathy and did not even suggest trying to make my dog comfortable while she was dying. She was already there for a regular appointment you guys didn’t have ANY rooms available? Really? The vets also never told us about pet dermatologists for years which caused my dog to have to deal with painful infections for a good chunk of her life. We later found out that she had a protein allergy and all of those infections could’ve been prevented if they told us about the correct vet to go to in the beginning. Don’t go here. They’re greedy.
