I made an apt but I honestly just kept looking at the reviews and everyone is saying this place never says prices over the phones or estimates and that they pretty much take all you got . So I ended up calling them to see if I could get any info on estimates . They wouldn’t budge . I then found a VCA first exam coupon I’ve never been there before so I was thankful I called they said i don’t know just bring it in , the next day I called to ask for any cancellations, I noticed on the phone they switched the exam name she said “your dental visit “ and of course the bottom of the coupon says no specialty appointment …. Go figure wouldn’t it be a FIRST exam visit if I have never been and it’s my cats FIRST time I honestly didn’t end up making it to the apt . I already know they were a waste of time anyway these people can make money they try it . I was scared just by the reviews I advise you to read the same

I was nervous for years about finding a nice grooming place for cats. So many only did dogs and I've heard horror stories of mistreatment at some of the chains. So I was relieved and OVERJOYED when I found Sandi to groom my baby boy. He always gives me trouble when I brush him but when I pick him up he's the softest he's ever been and smells great for MONTHS. I can not express how relieved I am that he's taken care of so sweetly and how happy I am with her work. Would recommend to anyone.

Percival loves his Spa days with Sandy!!!! We get him in the carrier and he immediately starts talking and purring!!! He would give her 10 stars if he could!
