I felt very comfortable bringing my kitten to Andover animal hospital. At the visit, everyone was very kind and explained everything. I didn’t feel rushed and was able to ask questions. Best of all, they seemed to care about my kitten as much as I do. They gave love and attention to my kitten which was noticeable.

easy to make appointment, friendly staff always willing to help if I have a question over the phone. Had some blood work done on my 11 year-old furry buddy, the tech was excellent very friendly and I was in and out in 20 minutes not the cheapest or the most expensive but very high-quality service. We will continue to come here.

Dr Manse and the entire staff have been wonderful. My two senior cats are thriving because of the care they have received at Andover Animal hospital. Dr Manse worked with me to determine a plan to help one of my cats who was very sick. He only did what was necessary to treat her and I am forever grateful for that. I will recommend this practice to my friends and family.

The Andover animal hospital was a wonderful place in general but one day when I went to put my hamster down because he had some type of disease on his skin, the old male doctor seemed very rushed to put him down. And what hurt me the most was that he put the shot to kill him where the wound on his skin was, and even worse my hamster started to screech a little bit and then he stopped. But after he gave him the shot he gave him back to me so he could pass away in my hands which I was very grateful for. But yet again he seemed like he did not care at all for the life of my hamster and I will not be going back there. And I recommend if you have any type of small animal DO NOT go there to put your animals down.
