Horrible! Total amateurs. To be fair, it really depends on who your doctor is, but the one we saw today, Dr. Hannah Donnelly, had no clue what she was doing. Gave my dog the 3-year rabies vaccine instead of the 1-year vaccine, didn’t even tell me… I had questions about a mole that grew on my dog’s back—she suggested surgery under full anesthesia for simple removal of a small mole… unbelievable. If you want to gamble with your dog’s health, take them to BVC. Also, if a patient asks you a question you don’t know the answer to, look it up!!!

The Vet told me she does know what’s wrong with my dog and sent me home with a bottle of flush. But then I get charged $450 for a quick 30min visit.

This place is owned by private equity so it's best to steer clear. They only see clients and their pets as mere numbers. They’re just like VPP—heartless corporate veterinary care.
