Dr. Ubell shaved my dogs vulva so aggressively she’s been raw and red for two days and cant even walk from discomfort. She came in for anal grand expressions and some licking but nothing was raw or red or irritated until after Ubell had her. When I first came in to pick her up my dog was scooting and crying. Which she was not doing before. Now we’re going to urgent care.

I've been going to this location for years, but felt compelled to write a review after my dog saw Dr. Richmond, who was remarkably thoughtful, detailed, patient, and clear - and diagnosed my dog's hip/back pain, which I had suspected for a long time (but never gotten a diagnosis for before). The manager of this location, Ashley, was also absolutely fantastic and helped me with the logistics of payment options for my dog's care. She was very patient with me as I tried to figure out the best option.

From regular checkups to teeth cleanings and monthly allergy shots, Cooper is a frequent patient. All of our experiences have been so positive and this place provides affordable pet care. Everyone who works here is helpful and friendly! Dr. Richmond, Yessi, and Ashleigh provide top notch care!
