I personally had a bad experience here regarding medical care for my senior cat while navigating a ruptured tumor alongside preexisting hyperthyroidism. I spent thousands of dollars trying to get his thyroid levels to a place where we could operate safely, and was overcharged in some instances due to miscommunication between the doctor and the technicians. I also had a negative experience with the surgeon when I expressed concerns about the surgery. After many months of this, I went to the MSPCA, where they told me his thyroid levels were acceptable for surgery, which was the more pressing issue. This place is probably fine for routine care with a healthy cat, and the staff are all very kind. But I feel I spent a significant amount of unnecessary money here, and if I had gone to MSPCA sooner, I could have saved a lot.

I had the most amazing experience at Cambridge Cat Clinic. Dr. Kupper is excellent as is the staff - very compassionate and fully invested in the well being of the cats. I appreciated the care provided to my cat and they even made sure to check in on him later which was sweet! Definitely recommend.

The team at this clinic have offered incredibly kind and compassionate care for our cats for as long as we've had them. We're incredibly grateful for all the treatment they've given our furry family members over the years, and would emphatically recommend them to anyone!
