Edit to add a description, since they reached out NINE YEARS after I posted this rating: I appreciate that you reached out, but I assure you I will never return (not the fault of whomever posted back on my rating). The way the vet treated me was horrendous. 9 years ago I posted on my TOWN community Facebook page WITHOUT MENTIONING THIS BUSINESS and asked for vet recommendations because I felt the current vet I was using charges too much. The vet somehow saw this post, figured out I was a client of theirs, and sent me the nastiest most hostile letter I’ve ever received. It was wildly unprofessional and he fired me as a patient because I asked member of a completely separate community to recommend less expensive vets- again WITHOUT EVEN MENTIONING WHICH VET I WAS CURRENTLY USING. So no, I will never call, I will never return. I interpreted the behavior as volatile and nearing harassment. Honestly I fear even posting this review he will retaliate AGAIN and send me nasty hate mail again.

Glad to see Danielle was still there. She is always pleasant and helpful. Had a new doctor for us, Dr. Williamson, kind and we appreciated her approach to the concern. We had a much better experience than we had in the past. New customer-friendly front staff makes a difference.

I had used the facility years back with Dr Rob Nicholson, and highly respected him and the knowledge he has and recommendations for treatments of my pups at that time. Updated.. after having the loss of my Ittys 10 years ago . Recently I brought home another puppy, but PostRd closed Facility had closed, I sought a different Dr. & Facility. I had no problem with whom I’d chosen, and My husband still has my Cats listed with them. I’m disabled and distance can be difficult, My daughter recommended trying a new facility here in my hometown of Charlton, finding Dr Nicholson again was amazing and close 10 minutes from home. Knowing him from years back I decided to go back to his practice, the care, the comfort of my past experiences and losses, of my previous care for my greyhounds, the trust that had been formed was my immediate decision to go back to Post Rd Veterinary Hospital and the care of Dr Rob Nicholson for my new puppy . The staff is welcoming, the care is in my opinion, fantastic, I’m completely comfortable having Dr Rob care for my pups need.
