Drop my cat off on Thursday morning to get spaded.And second chance called me Friday morning.The next day they gave me the wrong cat, not my cat.Somebody else's cat very unprofessional, how do you mix up?Cats is beyond me.I don't think I'll be going there again

My cat waited over a month for his appointment. 1 day before his appointment, was rescheduled for another 3 weeks. Arrived early for his 3:50pm appointment. Was not seen until 4:45pm just to be told I need to reschedule, wait probably another month to be seen. Suggested insane, unnassary expensive procedures. I asked to be done right now, since that's what I came there for. REFUSED! Male nurse said my cat was too stressed to do anything today. I want to add, in the waiting room for 30 minutes, a huge pit bull sat 2 chairs from us that would not stop barking, my cat did not flinch, no reaction. When the cat was "examined" my cat was completely fine. All of this for a UTI!! All of my described symptoms were completely ignored. Stated it was a behavior issue rather then medical. Without any tests done!! I just needed antibiotics for my cat to feel relief. My first and last experience at this place is just unbelievable! It was closing time, they refused to do anything! Even after waiting for almost 2 months to be seen. Do not bring your pets here! A complete rip off and most importantly they do not care about your pet! There is no compassion from staff, rude! I came in with a sick cat, with a simple uti and left same way. They wouldn't even give him rabies shot, which is required by law, because my cat was too stressed when he wasn't! Just unbelievable and beyond ridiculous!
