Thoroughbred Watch Dog

Had been using Dr McGee and was pleased with the service until recently. Made an emergency call in the spring for a possible colic with one of our horses and was promptly dismissed of that notion. Just today called regarding a lameness issue and was told that the only time that they had available AT ALL over the next few weeks was today at 1pm. Would not dispense banamine paste even though they have worked on horse before. Stated that because they had not seen horse in a year they would not dispense medication. I am immune compromised and did not want outside interactions because of the COVID pandemic but they did not feel this was a valid excuse. Refused to try to provide us with another appointment.

Had Dr Bethany out tonight for a rear leg wound on our three year old gelding. Our regular vet is on vacation, and Dr Bethany didn't even hesitate, called immediately, and arrived fast. Treated our youngster calmly and skillfully, and was cheerful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
