Super great experience. They are very helpful and fixed our Theo cat. You get email reminders, phone calls to check on him and very friendly vets. We have had a good experience here. Great for Pepperell.

They maintain high stars by threatening clients with nontreatment if they write bad reviews. If you ask how much some procedure or treatment is, they tell you one low price then hit you with quadruple that quoted price in the bill, often just minutes later. If you complain about anything, they suddenly display a very ugly attitude and act exceedingly rude. We were customers for years until we just couldn't take the lying and attitudes. Luckily we never needed them for anything serious. Two years ago, after we left a bad review we received telephone threats from their office threatening to stop treatment if we didn't delete the review. Somehow, they've managed to delete that review twice.
