So sad this place closed. We loved it there and everyone was great. Now we have to drive all the way into Boston. In general, Angell Memorial is great so we will do the drive.

Very sad to hear that they are closing. The staff is always helpful and polite. They care for our pets as if they were their own. Really going to miss them. 😥

They make and confirm an appointment then cancel without informing me. When I show up for my scheduled appointment they refuse to see my pets! I received very unprofessional treatment from them and was very insulted. That is no way to treat a long term customer! Very disappointed that they made no attempt to correct the mistake they admitted they made. My dogs and I punished for their incompetence!
