The good: The nurses are great. Wonderful with my dog, kind. The triage is relatively quick. We've been here a couple times and the medical care seems good. The bad: I brought my dog in at 10am because I thought he ate a sock. They triaged and said they'd do an ultrasound, so I could wait in the shopping plaza or head home. At 430pm having heard nothing I called and magically he was "next on the list." Seven hours after I originally brought him in they called and said he needed surgery. Ok. I pick him up and they billed me an extra $900 because it was an "after hours" surgery. Didn't matter it was only after hours because it took them seven hours to get the ultrasound done.

We have had to visit the emergency vet clinic multiple times over the past few years. They are very attentive to our pets issues and their staff is always warm and caring.

We had to put our best buddy Alfie to sleep after his condition unexpectedly worsened. They helped us and were very supportive, even at 1130 at night. I will miss you Alfie.

I brought my pet in a few nights ago for some gastrointestinal upset. The front desk staff was and is absolutely amazing, as was the medical care team. I am not sure why there have been so many reviews saying that the front desk staff was ignorant or unacceptable. These people have a hard enough time doing their jobs without having to constantly worry about keyboard warriors that love to complain! As a small business owner, I would love to have these lovely ladies at my front desk. Anyhow, I witnessed several emergencies come through the doors in which the whole team sprang into action. Yes, it is the job of the reception area to gather as much information as possible. I had to give them my information. Why do people have a hard time with giving information and a stressful Situation? I disagree with the negativity here on these reviews. I believe that everybody during my visit did a wonderful job. They did a great job with my pet and they did a great job with all the other people and pets that were there. Please management do not listen to these people that obviously we’re having a bad day and they took to the keyboard to try to take your team down in notch. That is completely unnecessary. Westford, I I am so happy that you put my mind at ease in my children’s mind at ease for their pet a giant thank you to the front dust stuff and a giant thank you to the medical team. ——-Michael.

Thank you so much to everyone that helped bring my baby Luna to peace. If your dog is going through a life threatening emergency I could not recommend bringing them here enough. They were quickly able to identify a tumor as well as lay out any and all options. As other reviews have stated, the front desk is, for a lack of a better word ignorant…but their job is simply to get your info and figure out where financial responsibility will fall. I don’t think they should be treated or judged poorly for that. The technicians and Dr. Duffany were compassionate and gentle with my girl in her last moments. My girl wouldn’t ever in a million years trust anyone besides myself and my sister to handle her the way that they were able to. These are good people. Thank you so much.
