They canceled me on the same day

I had a terrible experience at this dermatology vet. They canceled my appointment last minute without any explanation, leaving me frustrated and scrambling to find another option. When I finally did get in, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in my pet's needs. The vet rushed through the consultation and didn’t provide any useful advice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care for their furry friends. Save your time and money!

Dr. Stewart and her entire staff have and continue to be so compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and kind. They make a great team! Saved my 4 yr old Lab from a serious staph infection (avoiding a skin graft/hospital stay and probably death) that he got because he has Lupus and ran into the wetlands near my house. I would give more than 5 stars, if possible. I truly do not understand how anyone could give them a bad review.
